Mike West

Head Coach

Mike is the owner and head coach and brings his love for speed and performance to Limitless,

Having competed to high standards in both football and athletics as a junior,

Mikes passion is to provide a facility and level of coaching which elevates you to the highest level.

But don’t think it is all shouting and high intensity because Limitless was born out of his hate for gyms,

And a lack of dedicated space for good quality strength and conditioning.

Specialising in Strength and Conditioning, Speed Coaching and Injury Rehab,

As well as being a certified Sportland Speed Coach, Optimum Nutrition Coach and Sleep Performance Coach.

Mike runs our Performance & Rehab programme as well as our lunchtime classes,

And our S&C Academy for youth athletes, aged 8-15, on a Friday evening.

When he isn’t in the studio you will probably catch him down at Heist,

With a long black and cutie pies pizza during the week,

Or having rings run round him by his kids on the weekend.

Bryn Smith

Coach

If you don’t already know Bryn is a complete speed freak boasting a 100m PB of 10.64,

And being the current county 60m, 100m and 200m champion.

With the only thing faster being his ability to sink a pint.

He has a bachelors degree in Sport and Exercise Science and specialises in Strength and Conditioning (speed, strength and power training including Olympic weightlifting, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning).

Bryn is available for 121 sessions Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays which you can book with him using the contact form below.

He will also continue to be on hand, coaching during Performance & Rehab sessions as well as some open gym sessions.

Dayna Quinn

Class Coach

Dayna is our newest class instructor at Limitless.

Having run classes in the past, and her being a huge lover of a sweaty HIIT class,

It is an exciting time to have her join and level up our Limitless MetCon classes.

Dayna is no stranger to training hard,

Having played football in America on a scholarship,

And cycled from Lincolnshire to Crawley for charity,

You can expect high energy, heart pumping classes which will have you sweating and smiling.

All that training means Dayna has to stay fueled and she joins the common theme with the other Limitless coaches,

Being able to easily eat their own bodyweight in food.

You can enjoy Dayna's MetCon classes Tuesday and Thursday at 630am - no better way to start your day.
