One Coaching System that Adapts to the Person.

Small Group Personal Training in St Leonards

Train at times that work for you.
We decide how you train based on where you are now and where you want to go.

This is for you if...

You don’t need to be fit, strong, confident, or experienced to start.

SGPT at Limitless is built for adults who want:

  • Coaching, not guesswork

  • Structure without rigidity

  • Flexibility without randomness

  • Progress that actually lasts

This works whether you’re:

  • New to lifting

  • Coming back after injury or time away

  • Wanting to stay strong as you get older

  • Or simply ready to train properly again

You don’t need to choose the right programme. That’s our job.

How SGPT works

Step 1 - Join SGPT

Everyone starts in the same coached system.

Step 2 - Complete a consult

A coach understands your background, goals, and current needs.

Step 3 - We Build Training Around You

You’re placed on the right pathway and your training adapts as you progress.

You don’t switch memberships.

You don’t “level up” programmes.

You simply progress within the system.

What Makes SGPT Different

  • Individual programming delivered to you personally not workouts on a screen or whiteboard

  • Small, coached sessions with real attention and feedback

  • Flexible training times that fit around real life

  • Clear progression, not random workouts

Same session. Different people. Different goals. Proper coaching.

Pricing & Commitment

SGPT is £60 per week, billed in 4-week blocks, with a 12-week minimum commitment.

This includes:

  • Personalised programming

  • Up to 3 coached sessions per week

  • Consults and ongoing coaching oversight

  • Progression within the system as your goals change

  • Access to all Limitless classes, including yoga, to support recovery and consistency

No add ons. No upgrades. One clear standard.

What Happens Next

  1. Join SGPT

  2. Book your consult

  3. Get placed on the right pathway and start training

If you’re unsure where you fit - that’s expected. That’s exactly what the system is designed for.

Where you start doesn't define where you end up.
