And a lack of dedicated space for good quality strength and conditioning.
Specialising in Strength and Conditioning, Speed Coaching and Injury Rehab,
As well as being a certified Sportland Speed Coach, Optimum Nutrition Coach and Sleep Performance Coach.
Mike runs our Performance & Rehab programme as well as our lunchtime classes,
And our S&C Academy for youth athletes, aged 8-15, on a Friday evening.
When he isn’t in the studio you will probably catch him down at Heist,
With a long black and cutie pies pizza during the week,
Or having rings run round him by his kids on the weekend.

And being the current county 60m, 100m and 200m champion.

Bryn is available for 121 sessions Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays which you can book with him using the contact form below.
He will also continue to be on hand, coaching during Performance & Rehab sessions as well as some open gym sessions.
